Cardio SWEAT Deck

Cardio Sweat Deck - No equipment needed

  • Plyometrics (jumping involved)

  • Total workout time approx 25-35 minutes

  • Warm-up: Jog in place for 5 min

  • Draw 4 cards at a time 

    • Perform exercises on the card using the # on the card as reps

      • Ace = 14, King = 13, Queen = 12, Jack = 11

    • Jog for 30 secs in place before drawing next 4 cards

  • Exhaust the deck (13 sets in total) by pulling 4 cards at a time

  • Cool down: Jog in place for 2 minutes & Stretch
