Fitness & Wellness Coach:

My relationship with fitness has always been on and off. I would have periods of consistency, only to be derailed by a vacation or injury and I’d find it impossible to get motivated again.


Having reached my highest weight (not pregnant), I decided enough was enough and Stephanie and I began our training.


It was hard in the beginning, I hadn’t done any exercise in a long time but Stephanie was always encouraging but firm - knowing I could do more than I thought was capable. She never let me give up, we modified exercises to take into account injury areas, she showed me that yoga is not boring and kept me positive when I didn’t see changes straight away.


6 months in, 28 lbs later, multiple inches lost and our sessions are just as much fun and varied as the beginning.
