Full Body SWEAT Deck

Full Body Sweat Deck - No equipment needed

  • Legs, Arms, Core (abs & lower back)

  • Total workout time approx. 35-45 minutes

  • Warm-up: Jog in place for 5 min

  • Draw 4 cards at a time 

    • Perform exercises on the card using the # on the card as reps

      • Ace = 14, King = 13, Queen = 12, Jack = 11

      • Count alternating moves for lunges

    • Jog for 30 secs in place before drawing next 4 cards

  • Exhaust the deck (13 sets in total) by pulling 4 cards at a time

  • Cool down: Jog in place for 2 minutes & Stretch
